Manage your Vantage subscription plan, view usage, and handle billing

Subscription
Use the app's plan-management screen to inspect your plan and choose monthly or yearly billing. Usage & credits shows the current UTC calendar-month allowance, purchased balances and reservations.

Paid plans offer a seven-day trial for eligible subscriptions. Always check Shopify's confirmation for the terms applicable to your subscription. Plans have different feature and credit allowances; see Plans & Pricing for the full comparison.
Change your plan
- Open Vantage's plan-management screen.
- Select the intended plan and billing period.
- Review Shopify's price, period and trial; approve only the intended subscription.
- Return to Vantage and verify the displayed plan and balances.
Declining a proposal does not activate it. If a return fails or entitlements differ from Shopify's subscription status, preserve the charge reference and contact support before approving another purchase.
Allowances and purchased credits
Monthly plan allowances renew each UTC calendar month, including for yearly plans. Purchased credits do not refresh with a new month or subscription change. New work reserves monthly credits first, then purchased credits, and spends a credit when the corresponding result is saved. Failed work releases reservations without spending. Balances awaiting historical reconciliation are excluded from availability until reviewed.
Free workflow allowance is separate from workflow-credit balances. Free stores can use purchased workflow credits; image analysis and new image-credit purchases require Growth or higher. Previously purchased image credits are retained after a downgrade but cannot be used below Growth. No pack is purchased automatically when credits run out.
Cancellation and product limits
Use the app's displayed plan-management/cancellation flow and review the resulting subscription state in Shopify. Check Vantage's plan and balances afterward. Do not assume cancellation refunds existing charges or reverses previously approved product edits.
Free has a 50-product audit limit. Products beyond a plan's limit may remain synced or retain historical scores; that does not grant further audit capacity. A higher limit may require another sync/audit before additional scores appear. Follow the app's visible status rather than assuming an immediate re-audit.
