Vantage is a Shopify app that audits, scores, and helps you optimize your product catalog data so AI shopping agents can find, understand, and recommend your products to shoppers.
AI shopping agents like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity are changing how consumers discover products. Instead of browsing websites and clicking through search results, shoppers ask an AI agent: "Find me waterproof hiking boots under $200" — and the agent recommends products based on structured product data, not web pages.

- 9-Dimension Scoring — Every product is scored 0-100 across nine dimensions: Title Quality, Description Quality, Attributes, Identifiers, Category, Images, Variants, Pricing, and Policy.
- Actionable Suggestions — Each product gets specific, prioritized recommendations telling you exactly what to fix and why it matters.
- Metafield Write-Back — Your AI Readiness Score is written directly to each product's metafields, flowing into Shopify Catalog syndication to AI platforms.
- Dashboard Analytics — See your overall catalog health at a glance with score distributions, weakest dimensions, and lowest-scoring products.

Why Vantage?
