Getting Started with Vantage

Install and open Vantage through Shopify, follow catalog sync/audit progress, then inspect your product-data findings. Completion time depends on the catalogue, Shopify responses and queued work.

How Vantage works

Products audited within your plan limit receive a 0–100 readiness score from 12 baseline dimensions, with Reviews & Trust Signals included when applicable. Baseline checks use product-data rules; separate AI workflows can generate content proposals, image analysis and review intelligence. Inspect the underlying facts before approving a proposal.

Scores are Vantage's internal assessments, not live external AI rankings or a promise that a shopping service will recommend a product. Baseline score/timestamp writes follow their setting; content approval and image alt-text saves are separate explicit actions.

Before you begin

Use a Shopify account with permission to install the app and manage the products you intend to audit. Have at least one product in the catalogue. Free includes audit capacity for 50 products and three initial optimisation workflows, followed by one per seven elapsed days up to ten total.
