Dashboard Tour
The Vantage dashboard is your command center for catalog health. Here's what every section tells you and how to use it.
Stat cards
At the top of the dashboard you'll find three summary cards:
- Average Score — The mean AI readiness score across all audited products. This is the single number that represents your overall catalog health.
- Total Products — How many products Vantage has synced and scored from your Shopify store.
- Last Sync — When your catalog data was last pulled from Shopify. Scores reflect the data from this sync.
Score Distribution chart
This chart groups your products into four tiers:
| Tier | Score Range | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Excellent | 90-100 | Product data is comprehensive and well-structured for AI agents |
| Good | 70-89 | Solid foundation with room for targeted improvements |
| Moderate | 50-69 | Notable gaps that may reduce AI agent visibility |
| Poor | 0-49 | Critical data issues — AI agents are unlikely to recommend these products |
The goal is to move products upward. Aim for zero products in the Poor tier and as many as possible in Good or Excellent.
Weakest Dimensions chart
This chart shows which of the 9 scoring dimensions have the lowest average scores across your entire catalog. It answers the question: "Where should I focus my optimization efforts?"
If "Description Quality" is at the bottom, that means your catalog descriptions are the weakest link overall — fixing descriptions across multiple products will give you the biggest lift.
Lowest Scoring Products
A quick-access list of your products with the lowest AI readiness scores. Click any product to see its full dimension breakdown and suggestions. Start here when you want to fix specific products.
Plan Usage
Shows your current plan (Free or Starter) and how many of your product slots are being used. The Free plan covers 25 products; the Starter plan covers 50.
If your catalog has more products than your plan allows, Vantage scores the first batch synced. Upgrade to increase your product limit.
What does a healthy catalog look like?
As a benchmark, aim for:
- Average score above 70 — Means most of your catalog is in solid shape
- Zero products in the Poor tier — No critical data gaps holding you back
- No single dimension dramatically lower than the rest — Balanced optimization across all 9 areas
