Products & Costs

CostSync syncs with your Shopify products to let you manage costs at the product and variant level.

Product List

The Products page shows all your Shopify products with their cost status:

• Products with costs - Shows the cost per unit
• Products without costs - Highlighted for easy identification
• Variant-level costs - When variants have different costs

Adding Costs

Single Product

1. Click on any product in the list
2. Enter the Cost per unit
3. Add optional costs:
   • Shipping cost per unit
   • Handling cost per unit
4. Click Save

Bulk Edit

1. Select multiple products using checkboxes
2. Click Bulk Edit
3. Enter the cost to apply
4. Click Apply to Selected

Filtering Products

Use filters to find products quickly:

• By cost status - Has cost / No cost
• By supplier - Filter by assigned supplier
• By collection - Shopify collection filter
• By search - Search by product name or SKU
