Data Export
Export your CostSync data for use in spreadsheets, accounting software, or other tools.
Export Formats
CostSync supports exporting data as:
- CSV - Compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and most tools
- Excel (.xlsx) - Native Excel format with formatting
Available Exports
Product Costs Export
Export your product cost data including:
- Product name and SKU
- Cost per unit
- Supplier information
- Last updated date
Orders Export
Export order data with profit calculations:
- Order number and date
- Customer information
- Revenue and COGS
- Profit and margin
Profit Report Export
Export profit summaries:
- Daily/weekly/monthly totals
- Product performance
- Category breakdowns
How to Export
- Go to Settings > Data Export
- Select the Export Type
- Choose your Date Range
- Select the Format (CSV or Excel)
- Click Export
Your download will start automatically.
Scheduling Exports
Set up automatic exports to receive data regularly:
- Go to Settings > Data Export > Scheduled Exports
- Click New Schedule
- Configure:
- Export type
- Frequency (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Delivery method (email or cloud storage)
- Click Save Schedule
