How to upgrade your CostSync plan

Upgrading Your Plan

Upgrade your CostSync plan to unlock more features and higher limits.

How to Upgrade

  1. Open CostSync in your Shopify admin
  2. Go to Settings > Plan & Billing
  3. Click Upgrade next to your desired plan
  4. Confirm the upgrade

Your new plan takes effect immediately.

What Happens When You Upgrade

Immediate Changes

  • All new features become available instantly
  • Higher limits apply immediately
  • Team members can be added right away

Billing

  • Your current billing period is prorated
  • You're charged the difference for the remainder of the period
  • Future charges reflect the new plan price

Upgrading from Free to Growth

When you upgrade from Free to Growth, you get:

  • 1,000 orders/month (up from 100)
  • 3 team members (up from 1)
  • Advanced reporting
  • CSV export
  • Margin alerts
  • Priority support

Upgrading from Growth to Pro

When you upgrade from Growth to Pro, you get:

  • Unlimited orders
  • Unlimited team members
  • Custom reports
  • API access
  • Dedicated support

Downgrading

You can also downgrade your plan:

  1. Go to Settings > Plan & Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a lower tier plan
  4. Confirm the downgrade

When downgrading, features may become unavailable and limits may apply. Ensure your usage fits within the new plan's limits before downgrading.
